I used to get SO ANNOYED when people would tell me they were doing Sober October or Dry January when I was drinking. I got so annoyed because I knew I couldn’t do it even if I tried. Halloween sober?! Come the f^ck on! January which feels like the longest month ever and it’s freezing out? Umm, ima pass. Today I think kudos to whoever is making a decision to stop drinking for any amount of time. I’m just an all or nothing type of gal. I most certainly would’ve made up for a month of abstinence with a hard core beating to my poor liver. Drunk was never a good look for me. I think I’ll stay sober this October. And November. And …
