I should have bought stock in Gatorade. Ginger ale. Sprite. A friend of mine swore by a fountain Coke from McDonald’s for her hangovers. Another friend of mine used to drink his roommate’s two liters of soda the morning after. When I packed for the beach I’d have waters and beer. Once those waters had redehydrated me enough…it was on. Only to have my body tell me once again the next day that I was DYING of thirst. Took me a minute to listen. I’m glad I finally did. Happy Thursday, sober family! Keep it simple today.
